LIFESTYLE ASSISTANT JOB TO HIGH PROFILE PRINCIPAL

• £50,000-£55,000 gross p.a. DOE

Chace People is looking for an experienced Lifestyle Assistant to support a busy and dynamic UHNWI.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong lifestyle management and PA background, with experience supporting a high-profile principal on a 1:1 basis, assisting with both their personal and business requirements. The role will also require lifestyle assistance so it is important that the successful candidate comes with their own ‘black book’ of contacts within London and is able to act as a representative of their principal. The role would suit someone with a positive, can-do attitude who prides themselves on making the impossible happen and has a genuine enjoyment for supporting someone in all aspects of their life! You will also receive on-the-job training at the beginning of your contract with the existing long-term PA.

Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Travel and diary management
• Calendar management
• Gatekeeper for the principal
• Lifestyle support – booking restaurants, personal appointments and more
• Personal shopping and errands
• Wider family support as required
• Household and staff management

Role Requirements:

• 10 years + PA experience
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility for out of hours or weekend work
• Ability to travel when needed
