Where We Work

Family office, private household and luxury searches in the seven markets where our principals live.

Oplu runs searches wherever the principals we work for live. Seven markets account for most of them, and each has its own page: the roles we place there, how a search runs locally, where compensation sits and the employment rules that shape an offer. Los Angeles and Hong Kong will follow.

Our office is at 12 Hay Hill in Mayfair, with a New York line and a Dubai presence. Searches outside these markets, from Geneva to Riyadh, run from London through the same team.
