How we engage

Every search begins with a scoping conversation, by video or in person. We review the brief, the environment and the working pattern. We are direct about whether we can deliver, what the search will take, and how long.

If the mandate is a fit, we move into retained delivery. If it is not, we will say so on the call and, where possible, point you to a more appropriate firm. We do not stretch beyond our specialism.
