Live-out Server/Hospitality Professional for UHNW Household Job

LIVE-OUT SERVER/HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONAL FOR UHNW HOUSEHOLD IN FLORIDA, USA

• Location: Wellington, Florida, USA
• Salary: $30 - $35 net per hour
• Schedule: 5 days a week rotational schedule
• Live-out, confident driver needed
• Full working rights for the USA
• Spanish-speaking candidates are a prerequisite

This is a highly confidential position for a private ultra-high net-worth family based in Wellington, Florida. You will be working a 5-day week with a team and you will have previous VIP/luxury experience. Candidates who are looking to transition to a private household from luxury settings or yacht industry are welcome!

You will be based at a fully staffed family home in Wellington, Florida. This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible and as the server/hospitality professional you will work with the service team, ensuring everything is running smoothly and that communication with the Chef/kitchen and the rest of the team is always a priority. Ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring the Principals' day-to-day service and front-of-house needs are always met. Candidates who can get the ground running and are solution focused are ideal!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Looking after the family on a daily basis and being a right-hand person to the female Principal
• Looking after guests during events and dinner parties
• Liaising with the Chef to ensure a seamless and timely service of all meals
• Serving meals and drinks
• Good knowledge of drinks and cocktails making and serving
• Keeping the house in immaculate condition
• Management of the service team
