LIVE-OUT SERVICE/HOSTESS FOR VIP FAMILY IN FL, USA

• $30 - $35 net per hour
• 5 days a week

This is a highly confidential position for a private ultra-high net worth family based in Wellington, Florida. You will be working a 5-day week with a team of hostesses/servers.

You will be based at a fully staffed family home in Wellington, Florida. This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible and as the server/hostess you will work with the service team, ensuring everything is running smoothly and that communication with the Chef/kitchen team is always a priority. Ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring the Principals' day-to-day service and front-of-house needs are always met.  

Your responsibilities will include:

• Looking after the family on a daily basis and being a right-hand person to the female Principal
• Looking after guests during events and dinner parties
• Liaising with the Chef to ensure a seamless and timely service of all meals
• Serving meals and drinks
• Good knowledge of drinks and cocktails making and serving
• Keeping the house in immaculate condition
• Management of the service team
