Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Belongings Management: Carefully oversee the principal's wardrobe, personal effects, and private spaces with meticulous attention to detail.
- Travel Planning: Organise and pack personal belongings for seamless travel experiences.
- Anticipatory Service: Proactively identify and meet the family's needs, ensuring a bespoke and personalised experience.
- Collaborative Approach: Liaise closely with chefs, waitstaff, and other team members to accommodate special dietary requirements and preferences.
- Thoughtful and Caring Service: Consistently deliver service with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of food and beverage service to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Priority and Dedication: Execute all duties with a sense of urgency and dedication to excellence.
