UK Nanny – English Speaking – Weekend Nanny

 

Weekend, Live Out, Nanny Position in Central London, Starts ASAP

Lovely family based in London is looking for a Nanny to take care of their 4 children. Ages 10, 8, 6, and 1 1/2 year old child. The family is looking for a loving, warm, energetic and experienced Nanny that has patience, fun and should love adventure, but they should also feel comfortable working in a slower-paced environment. The candidate who is hired will strive to provide a warm, loving, and structured environment for the children, while setting clear and consistent expectations.

The Family travels frequently, so ability to travel with them.

If the Family is not home during a weekend shift, the Nanny will need to stay and perform duties such as: collecting mail, tidying up, picking up anything the Family will need for their return, organizing/cleaning children’s drawers, closets, play areas, wiping down books, organizing craft areas, etc. Task lists will be provided.

Duties

  • - All nursery duties
  • - Preparing healthy meals (Light cooking)
  • - Organizing activities
  • - Taking children to parks and outdoor activities
  • - Preparing for next day schedules – including school prep., food prep all with Family’s guidelines and weather conditions considered and laid out
  • - Bathing the children and preparing them for bed
  • - Tidying all areas before leaving for your shift, light housekeeping if requested

Specification

  • - Days: Saturdays and Sundays (Flexibility to work during the week would be helpful)
  • - Hours: 8 am to 6:30 pm
  • - Salary: Please Advise
  • - Start date: ASAP
  • - Languages: Fluent in English
  • - Legally able to work in the UK
  • - Agree to pass a Background Check
  • *Would be great to know if the candidate knows CPR or First Aid Certification

Note from the Mrs.: On weekends, sometimes they divide the kids up, but overall, she and her husband like to be present with the kids.

There will be a list of Protocols and Household Standards to review that cover safety issues, how rooms are to be left, organization of children’s bedrooms, closets and playrooms, weekend schedules, etc.
