The Chace People team has an exclusive opportunity for a distinguished Head Housekeeper to helm the household operations of a VVIP family estate in the Middle East.

The Role:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping division across all estate properties
• Curate and oversee the use of premium cleaning products, tailored for an array of exquisite surfaces
• Inventory management and control
• Continuous development and training of housekeeping personnel
• Maintain rigorous, detailed coordination with supervisory teams to ensure seamless operational standards
• Oversee the provision of amenities, ensuring all residences are perpetually guest-ready
