The Chace People team is actively looking for a seasoned Estate Manager to join a large VVIP residence in Abu Dhabi.
As the successful candidate, you will have a strong and confident personality, a calm approach, excellent people skills, exceptional time management and a hands-on attitude to your work.
You will be heavily involved in every department of the running of the large estate and your duties will include; preparation, updating and creating new SOPs/household processes, training staff to the high household standards expected, as well as managing the large numbers of staff already on site.
Due to cultural and religious reasons, we are only able to consider female applicants on this occasion and we are looking for a strong Butler, luxury hotel, or Palace General Manager background, as well as a private estate background where candidates are able to show experience in a similar role.
