First interviews on autopilot

OpluVideo delivers short candidate video introductions as part of the shortlist. Principals and representatives watch before the first interview. Operating style, presence, tone, how a person answers an unscripted question: these reveal more in two minutes of video than in an hour of CV review.

For Principals with limited time, OpluVideo compresses the first-pass filter. Shortlists that might otherwise need three first-round interviews to narrow can often be cut to one decision-ready interview. For representatives running searches on behalf of a Principal, OpluVideo provides a consistent format for briefing the Principal before meetings happen.
