Antonia Edwards

Antonia is Managing Director of Oplu alongside Firat. She founded the business in 2018, and she and Firat rebranded it to Oplu in April 2025. She leads recruitment delivery across Private Households & Estates, Family Offices, and Luxury Brands & Hospitality.

A First-Class Honours graduate in Marketing from Cardiff University, Antonia began her career in luxury hotels and spent a decade at Quintessentially, where she established and led the recruitment arm, placing staff across the private client market, before founding her own search business in 2018.

That operator background shapes how Oplu works with Principals. Every search is scoped, briefed, and led by someone who has built a recruitment business inside and outside the luxury sector, managed international teams, and understood discretion as an operational discipline rather than a marketing promise.

Antonia anchors Oplu's client relationships and oversees search delivery end-to-end. She is based in London and works with Principals and their representatives across the UK, US, and international markets.
