Yes. Oplu is senior-led by design. Clients speak to Antonia and Firat through scoping, search and placement. Day-to-day delivery is supported our great team, but senior accountability does not move.

Q: What was Chace People?

Chace People was the original trading name of the firm Antonia founded in 2018. In April 2025, Antonia and Firat rebranded the business to Oplu. The team, specialism and client relationships are continuous.

Q: Does Oplu hire externally?

We hire selectively. Oplu is building the systems and culture that will support future growth. We are always interested to hear from recruiters and operators who have worked in UHNW environments. Join our team →

Oplu is led by its founders. Clients speak to decision-makers from scoping through to placement. There are no juniors running senior mandates. The same team that takes the brief runs the search.

The firm was founded in 2018 as Chace People and rebranded to Oplu in April 2025. The founding specialism, senior-led recruitment into UHNW environments, has been consistent throughout.

How we work as a team

Oplu is a small team by design. We take on fewer mandates than we could. Every search carries senior attention from start to finish. Handoffs happen between named people who have met the candidate, not between desks.

The principle behind the structure is simple. UHNW recruitment rewards continuity, judgement and discretion. Growth for its own sake damages all three. We scale through better systems, not bigger teams.

Oplu places candidates globally. We operate from offices in London Mayfair, London White City, New York and Dubai, with colleagues across Europe supporting live mandates.
