The Chace People team is looking for a Michelin experienced Executive Chef to join our VVIP client’s private estate team for an summer 2023 start. This is a 12-month FTC with a view to extend for the right person. You will be joining a kitchen team of approx. 30 staff and will be living in and working in a bubbled team on-site for the first 3-4 months of your contract. Following this initial period, you shall then be flexible for a moving base and for travel globally. This is an international VVIP family with exceptionally high standards and who requires the need for complete flexibility and discretion.

You will be responsible for the F&B operations for anywhere up to 25 family members daily. International cuisines and variety in the F&B offering are requested, from Mediterranean dishes, to Asian, Indian, Vegan/Vegetarian and modern-British.

This role would suit an Executive Chef coming from a large, formal private household/estate background, or from 6* hotel, resort or Michelin restaurant hospitality environments.

Accommodation will be provided on-site and you will be well remunerated, with a negotiable salary on offer, dependent on the right candidate’s level of experience and earning expectations.

Please note that due to the family’s medical requirements, fully vaccinated candidates can only be considered, with daily testing on-site as a prerequisite.
