Job Overview:

The Chace People team is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the operations of a prestigious villa in Monaco. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment while providing exceptional service to the VIP family who occupy the villa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in household management and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development of the villa, including the building, gardens, and grounds, ensuring a pleasant environment is maintained.
• Engage with the Principals and family, conducting negotiations and reviewing relevant documents.
• Manage all suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Handle household bills and administrative duties.
• Run errands and perform necessary tasks as required.
• Supervise other household staff, including housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, and governesses.
• Schedule home maintenance and repair work, overseeing projects to completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a House Manager within a formally run home.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Strong people management skills with a commitment to supporting the lifestyle preferences of the Principals.
• Positive "Can Do" attitude towards all issues that may arise.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proven team leadership abilities.
