INTERIOR MANAGERS FOR MULTI-RESIDENCE VIP ESTATE

  • Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 gross p.a. (DOE) + bonus and benefits

The Oplu team is seeking two experienced and dedicated Interior Managers, to work alternating shifts, within a prominent ultra-high-net-worth estate in South Florida. You'll be guiding and supervising a dynamic team of domestic staff, comprising; housekeepers, service hosts, and housemen, reporting to a Multi-Residence Estate Manager.

Job Overview:

In these newly created positions, the Interior Managers will take on a pivotal service-oriented role, acting as a direct point of contact for the Principals, their guests and household staff. Reporting to the Multi-Residence Estate Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-standard experience across multiple properties, supervising all aspects of housekeeping, front-of-house and F&B service. A client-facing role, this position demands exceptional discretion, leadership skills, and the ability to uphold the highest standards of excellence in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in five-star hotel service, luxury hospitality, or private household roles is preferable.
  • Interior Management experience on yachts is highly desirable.
  • Proven background working within ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) environments.
  • Formal butler training from a recognized institution, with strong knowledge of etiquette and protocol is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • A polished and professional demeanor with excellent client-facing skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic requirements of the role.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation between properties.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • An excellent command of English is essential with additional languages a bonus, but not a prerequisite - fluent Spanish speakers a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide and supervise a team of approx. ~10 staff, including housekeepers, hosts and housemen.
  • Oversee and coordinate service operations across multiple properties, ensuring excellence at all times.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Principals and their guests, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Implement and maintain formal service standards, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development to uphold 5-star service levels.
  • Collaborate with external service providers, contractors, and vendors as necessary.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules for staff to optimize team efficiency.
  • Drive between properties to oversee operations and service delivery; candidates must have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
