About the Role

The Oplu team is seeking two highly experienced and polished Interior Managers to join an exclusive ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) multi-residence estate in Palm Beach County. Working on alternating shifts, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring five-star standards across several properties, reporting directly to the Multi-Residence Estate Manager.

This is a client-facing, service-driven role that demands exceptional discretion, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver seamless experiences for the Principals, their family, and their guests. You will supervise and inspire a dedicated team of household staff, ensuring that every detail meets the highest levels of luxury and precision.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in five-star luxury hospitality, superyachts, or private households.
  • Interior management experience on yachts is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working within UHNW or VVIP environments.
  • Formal butler training or recognised service etiquette certification is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
  • Impeccable client-facing skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of an UHNW household.
  • Excellent command of English; fluent Spanish is a plus, with additional languages considered beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and manage a team of approx. 10 staff, including housekeepers, service hosts, and housemen.
  • Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping, front-of-house, and F&B service across multiple properties.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Principals and guests, ensuring a polished, professional, and approachable presence at all times.
  • Implement and enforce formal service standards and SOPs, guaranteeing flawless execution and consistency.
  • Conduct staff training and development to maintain a five-star service culture.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and logistics to maximise efficiency across residences.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external service providers as needed.
  • Drive between residences to oversee daily operations; candidates must hold a valid driver’s licence and have reliable transport.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $110,000–$120,000 gross p.a. (DOE) plus performance-based bonus. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical coverage, paid vacation, and sick pay.
