PAs anticipate the needs of their principals, providing seamless support while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. The Chief of Staff (CoS) works closely with executives or family office leaders to ensure that organizational goals are aligned and executed. They manage high-priority projects, optimize workflows, and improve communication across departments. The CoS plays a strategic role in driving initiatives forward and ensuring that key objectives are achieved on time. All three roles require discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. They handle sensitive information, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
