Overview
A high-profile Principal in Monaco is seeking an experienced, discreet, and professional Housekeeper to join an established team of three. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused, ensuring the household is maintained to the highest standard at all times. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will assist with service, laundry, ironing, organisation, and personal requests from the Principal.

The Principal typically resides in Monaco for around six months each year, though dates vary. During this time, full flexibility is required. When the Principal is away, daily responsibilities are lighter, with a focus on upkeep and organisation. Housekeepers are expected to take their holidays during this period.

Requirements (Applications without these will not be considered):

• Full right to work in Monaco or the EU
• Proven experience in private households
• Previous experience in Monaco or similar high-end environments
• Pet-friendly and able to assist with occasional dog care
• Willing to take all holidays during the Principal’s absence
• Flexibility to work weekends and irregular shifts on a rota
• Service-first mindset with a discreet, professional manner
• Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and pride in presentation
• Confident working independently; proactive and self-motivated
• Comfortable with basic technology, including Google Docs and Sheets

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive service to the Principal, including refreshments and ad hoc requests
• Represent the household with discretion, professionalism, and integrity
• Assist with errands, groceries, and occasional household administration
• Maintain a consistently clean, organised, and guest-ready household
• Undertake general and deep cleaning duties as part of the rota
• Manage laundry and ironing with precision and care
• Monitor stock levels and manage household supplies
