A rare and exciting opportunity to join a globally renowned VVIP household as their Executive Family Manager

We’re searching for an outstanding Executive Family Manager to support an international high-profile family across their homes in Boca Raton and Wellington, Florida.

This is a senior leadership role at the heart of a fully staffed household (15+ team), reporting directly to the female Principal. You'll lead the childcare and personal support function, working closely with senior estate staff to ensure seamless operations across all areas of the family’s private life.

You’ll need to be polished, emotionally intelligent, and experienced working in fast-paced, high-standard environments. Around 30% of the role involves hands-on childcare and family support, working with a dedicated team of nannies.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English; other European languages a bonus
  • Holds a full, clean driving licence with own vehicle
  • A confident and capable private household professional with at least 5 years' senior-level experience
  • Proven track record in family-focused environments and childcare (Nanny, Nanny/PA or similar)
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, emotionally intelligent and highly discreet
  • A natural leader with excellent judgement, flexibility and attention to detail
  • Able to build strong, respectful relationships at all levels

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a core team of two permanent PA/Nannies and coordinate a wider childcare team of five
  • Oversee all aspects of support for the female Principal, including diary management, travel, appointments, and high-level personal admin
  • Coordinate the busy schedules and needs of four young children - from school runs and medical visits to extra curriculars and travel
  • Step in with ad hoc nanny duties where required (approx. 30% of the role)
  • Manage personal shopping, gifting, wardrobe logistics, and luxury lifestyle services
  • Be a key point of contact for household leadership and third-party vendors
  • Travel regularly to other residences as needed

This is more than a job — it’s a lifestyle. You’ll need a 24/7 mindset, travel readiness, and the ability to navigate the complexities of ultra-private households with grace and precision.

Apply now to join one of the most prestigious private households in the US.
