Personal & Household Assistant – Monaco / South of France

  • Salary €5,500 net per month
  • 6-day working week, with flexibility for long and irregular hours
  • Location: Monaco (Must be fully based in the Region)
  • Reporting To: Executive Assistant, Private Office of UHNWI

Overview

We are seeking a highly adaptable, educated, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a UHNW Principal in Monaco. This position sits within a single family office (SFO) and forms part of a structured team that includes an Executive Assistant, another PA, and the wider household staff.

This is not a corporate role but a private residence-based position requiring flexibility, initiative, and a polished, service-minded approach. The role combines classic PA and administrative duties with occasional household responsibilities. Long hours and adaptability are essential.

The successful candidate will be educated, fluent in English (working language) and French, and bring warmth, professionalism, and a strong “can-do” attitude. Turkish language skills are a plus but not required.

Requirements

  • Fully based in Monaco or the South of France (non-negotiable)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent English (working language) and French; Turkish a plus
  • Proven track record as a Private PA within UHNW households, family offices, or supporting high-net-worth individuals
  • Demonstrable experience balancing administration, personal errands, and household coordination for UHNW Principals
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
  • Flexible and adaptable, with readiness to work long and irregular hours
  • Confident using technology for online shopping, payments, and logistics coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the Principal and Executive Assistant
  • Work closely with another PA to ensure seamless coverage and task management
  • Manage personal shopping and errands (clothes, medicines, groceries, household items) both online and in person
  • Arrange and oversee bookings for wellness/treatment providers, personal appointments, and payments
  • Coordinate restaurant reservations and local service bookings
  • Organise guest pick-up/drop-off and liaise with drivers
  • Process salary payments (HR support) and handle other household/financial payments
  • Oversee pet care (vet appointments, food, medicines)
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers for urgent household repairs and maintenance
  • Provide flexible support to the wider household team as needed
