THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Recruitment Operations Assistant to support our Managing Directors and recruitment team with a mix of resourcing, admin, and operational tasks. This is a key support role - not quite a PA, not quite a Resourcer - but someone who helps keep the engine running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and filter incoming candidate applications
• Format CVs and update candidate records on our ATS (Vincere or similar)
• Respond to candidate emails and follow up on interview processes
• Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates (basic LinkedIn sourcing)
• Provide admin support to the Managing Directors, including light calendar/email tasks
• Manage data hygiene across candidate and client records
• Assist with creation of reports and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and spoken English (native or near-native level)
• 2+ years in recruitment, HR support, VA, or operations roles
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Tech savvy: comfortable with ATS/CRM systems, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.
• Proactive communicator with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working remotely and across UK/South African time zones

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or founders
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate communication
• Familiarity with UK market is a plus
