You'll work alongside a team of experts and have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing general customer support via phone, email, and online chat, managing our social media presence, and liaising with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. While no prior knowledge is required, excellent communication skills and a passion for our brand values are a must.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and be familiar with help desk management solutions such as Zendesk. Experience working with complete commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento and social media management tools like Hootsuite is essential.
We're currently looking for flexible candidates who can work across weekday and weekend shifts, up to 37.5 hours per week. This is a temporary role for a freelance contractor with the potential to move onto a permanent contract for the right candidate.
