They are preparing for the next phase of growth and Oplu are looking for a COO to make it happen.
The Role
As Chief Operating Officer, you’ll act as the strategic right hand to the CEO. You’ll take full ownership of operations across departments, professionalise internal systems, and build a playbook for scale.
Your mission: ensure the brand is operationally world-class and roll-out ready.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in scaling hospitality or lifestyle brands, leading diverse teams, and transforming vision into operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven success in a COO, Operations Director, or senior leadership role within premium hospitality, wellness, or private member club environments
- Experience building scalable operations for multi-site roll-out or franchise/licensing models
- Strong financial acumen, systems thinking, and a passion for service excellence
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
- Global or Southeast Asia experience is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Take full charge of day-to-day operations, driving excellence across F&B, retreats, fitness, membership, guest services and back-office functions
- Build for Scale: Design and implement the club’s operating system – including SOPs, playbooks, training systems, performance metrics, and tech stack integration
- People & Culture: Lead HODs and team leaders across functions, fostering a high-performance, high-ownership culture rooted in purpose and collaboration
- Commercial Ownership: Monitor and manage P&L performance with strong cost control, forecasting, and commercial insight across all revenue streams
- Roll-Out Readiness: Prepare the concept for multi-site expansion by creating a scalable model, plug-and-play systems, and robust handover documentation
- Strategic Partnership: Free the CEO from daily operational demands to focus on innovation, partnerships, brand expansion and special projects
