The Opportunity

Chace People is searching for a dynamic, versatile Butler / House Manager to join a high-net-worth family, who have recently relocated to Miami. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a harmonious household environment that seamlessly combines efficiency and warmth. Being the liaison between the Principals and their family office, to the wider household team, you will play a pivotal role in training, mentoring, and fostering a content and skilled service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a household "fixer/handyman," adept at technical duties and able to troubleshoot when things aren't working.
• Manage front-of-house services with finesse, including greeting guests and table settings.
• Handle and be the bridge between family office and household correspondence; being the point of contact for telephone calls and emails.
• Efficiently manage a range of errands and liaise with premium service providers and vendors.
• Bring years of experience with local vendors.
• Drive for pickups, drop-offs, and procurement of specialty and household items.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory of household purchases.
• Organise within the house, including tidying up and assisting with cleaning when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and manage repairs with external vendors when needed.
• Ensure all necessary security paperwork is in place with outside vendors.
• Manage household documentation with precision, including filing and reporting.
• Assist chef with transport of food when traveling
• Provide packing and unpacking assistance for luggage, boxes, parcels, etc.
• Assemble easy to build projects (children’s toys, shelving units, etc.)

Your Profile

We're seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of private household and service roles. Yachting backgrounds are highly desirable. You should have:
