SPANISH-SPEAKING, LIVE-OUT PRIVATE HOSTESS FOR VVIP FAMILY IN FL, USA

This is a highly confidential position for a private VIP family, based in Florida. As Hostess you will be working a five-day week within an existing team of three Hostesses.

You will be based at a fully staffed family home in Wellington, Florida. This is a permanent position, starting in July 2023 and as the Server/Hostess you will provide 5-star quality silver service to the principals and their guests at all times. You will have a good understanding of formal meal set-ups and service as well as making and serving drinks, cocktails and refreshments and seeing to the family’s front-of-house needs day-to-day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Looking after the family on a daily basis
• Looking after their guests during small-to-large-scale events and dinner parties
• Preparation and service of breakfast for the family
• Creative table setups for lunches and dinners according to the menu plan by the chef
• Serving all meals, drinks and snacks for the family
• Good knowledge of drinks and cocktails
• Working closely with the female principal to ensure the maintenance of high standards throughout the household
• Keeping the house in immaculate condition and upholding high hygiene standards
• Being hands-on with the family and all of their needs including childcare when needed
