PERSONAL ASSISTANT – MONACO (LIFESTYLE PA)

Job Overview:
An exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, highly discreet, and committed Lifestyle Personal Assistant to support a distinguished Principal based in Monaco. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring full flexibility, excellent communication, and the ability to manage both private and lifestyle-related matters to the highest standard. This person will report to the Executive Assistant and support both the Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant with a range of administrative tasks.
The role involves irregular hours and extended availability, particularly when the Principal is in residence (approx. six months per year). When he is away, responsibilities are lighter but international travel will be required. The ideal candidate will be service-led, proactive, and highly dependable, someone who thrives in a fluid, high-expectation environment.
Requirements:
Candidates without the following will not be considered.
- Fully eligible to work in Monaco or the EU
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Lifestyle PA in a private household, for a high-profile individual or a single family/private office
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential
- Turkish and French language skills are a strong bonus
- Highly flexible and comfortable working long hours when required and be available
- Able and willing to travel at short notice
- Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
- Strong tech literacy and organisational skills
- Impeccable discretion, loyalty, and professional conduct
Key Responsibilities:
- Format and print documents daily
- This person will support both the Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant with various administrative tasks
- Handle social bookings and event coordination with attention to detail
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, appointments, and schedules
- Organise travel arrangements, including visas, private aviation, and accommodations
- Run errands, manage household admin, and assist with vendor and contractor liaison
- Coordinate with the wider household team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Prepare and follow up on correspondence, emails, bookings, and documents
- Provide full support both in Monaco and while travelling (travel flexibility required)
- Anticipate needs and act with discretion, speed, and common sense
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
