Job Title : Marketing Manager Department : Sales and Marketing Reporting to : Director Of Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to help run day-to-day Marketing operations and activities across our expanding group.

This individual will be highly organised, good at managing daily team delivery, able to manage process across the business departments and used to a fast pace and exceptional quality.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing the Marketing Manager is a crucial interface between the team and the HOD’s ensuring quality and speed of delivery throughout the Marketing team.

Familiar with all disciplines across the marketing mix you must have a good understanding of performance based marketing, digital, social and analytics as well as traditional activations, campaigns and brand building. This role requires you to be highly creative, solutions orientated and used to managing challenging dynamics with differing priorities.

Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision, organised approach and team mentality will be crucial in improving staff productivity, overall service and revenue and meeting business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge and experience in Marketing with a great eye for detail, and a desire to try new things, create new and improved systems and assist in achieving the Director of Sales and Marketing’s overarching brand vision and ambitions for the marketing function and team.

Fluent English including exceptional spelling, grammar an punctuation is a must as is experience with a similar brand be that in the luxury, hospitality, travel or F&B sector.

The successful Marketing Manager should account for all business activities in our Organisation across several brands, support and pursue staff development, enhance company and staff efficiency, support to drive sales and improve revenue, maintain great relationships with Members, partners and guests alike, enhance the organisation image and reputation through Social media and

Rating/ranking platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google reviews, and meet overall growth objectives.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Running, updating and maintaining the overarching marketing calendar including forward planning, budget management and ideation
  • Implementing and overseeing key ways of working and processes as defined by the Director of Sales and Marketing to streamlines operating and function, deliver at the highest standards and ensure that the team are growing and learning on a daily basis
  • Successfully manage the growing team on a daily basis, hitting deadlines and maintaining the highest possible standards
  • Overseeing daily marketing department operations
  • Daily communications with business departments
  • Training and Development of the marketing team
  • Daily execution and activation of events, campaigns and content creation
  • Bridging between departments and leaders to ensure seamless delivery and communication
  • Ensuring the marketing department is run to a high standard of delivery, quality and organisation at all times
  • Create a close and professional working relationship with all departments
  • Overseeing and monitoring the team’s overall performance including regular checks and follow ups to their work

Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Business Management, Consumer behaviour or any related Marketing education
  • Minimum 5-years experience in the same or similar role
  • Good knowledge of different business sectors and functions
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with great time management skills
  • A strong work ethic
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Creative with a meticulous attention and eye for detail
  • Computer literate proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Google Workspace
