Proven direct 1:1 experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, Managing Partners, or Founders. Ideally within a hedge fund environment, though candidates from private equity, asset management, investment banking, or high-growth scale-ups will be considered. Familiarity with financial services and understanding of a similarly-structured organization would be highly advantageous.
EA expertise with heavy inbox and diary management - must demonstrate exceptional capability in managing complex calendars, prioritizing high-volume email correspondence, and coordinating across multiple time zones while understanding business-critical timing.
Degree education is required, ideally from a Russell Group University
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong initiative and self-sufficiency, with the ability to make informed decisions and resolve issues independently. The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and in a results-driven environment is essential.
Strong ability to communicate and adapt to different stakeholders with professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate potential outcomes, consider all relevant consequences, and devise creative solutions quickly and effectively.
Maintain absolute discretion and handle sensitive business matters with integrity, understanding the heightened confidentiality requirements in hedge fund environments.
5-7+ years of senior-level EA experience with demonstrable progression in responsibility and complexity of support provided.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on complex calendar management, email filtering systems, and presentation creation.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside existing Executive Assistants and key business teams (COO, traders, Investor Relations) to support the Managing Partner.

Communication: Act as the point of contact for the Managing Partner, filtering and coordinating information effectively.
Problem-Solving: Handle day-to-day issues and decisions independently, providing solutions as needed.
If you are ready to take on a dynamic role supporting a high-profile Managing Partner in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of a leading global hedge fund.
