TEMPORARY SOUS CHEF FOR VIP FAMILY IN ST TROPEZ, FRANCE

 

  • £250-350 per day (DOE)
  • St. Tropez, France
  • Right to work in the EU
  • July 5th – July 28th 2023

 

This is a temporary position for three weeks for a VIP family in St. Tropez. You will be working with an existing chef who works full-time for the family.

 

The family will be in St. Tropez for the summer and is looking for an experienced chef to join the existing, permanent chef. The sous chef will be responsible for assisting in all meal preparation for the family, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation, producing delicious food that meets the standards and requirements of the family and assisting the chef where needed. It is essential to have great chef experience as well as excellent knowledge of all cuisines. 

  

This temporary position requires full dedication for the entirety of the contract, working every day from breakfast to dinner with breaks in between. Accommodation can be provided if needed in a nearby flat that is used by the family.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Menu planning with the chef
  • Preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the family
  • Stock control
  • Cleaning and organising of fridges, store cupboards and kitchen equipment
  • Daily clean down of kitchen to the highest of standards
