  • Live-in | Rotational Schedule
  • Up to 2-year Contract offered
  • Native Spanish Speakers essential | Drivers required

The Chace People team is looking for an experienced Newborn Care Specialist, who is a native Spanish speaker, to work on rotation with another Newborn Care Specialist and who will be available to join our lovely, ultra-high-net-worth client, based on the East Coast of the USA in January 2024 - the schedule will be discussed upon application.

The contract on offer is up to 2 years and you will be responsible for two babies, working on a rotational schedule (which will be discussed further upon successful application). This is an amazing opportunity for childcare professionals who value longevity and who are excellent team players. You will join a close-knit and supportive household team with an amazing HR structure behind it. This is a highly trusted position and you will offer your full support to the Principals and their growing family.

The family is looking for candidates who have at least 8 years’ experience, excellent knowledge of sleep training and who would be able to set a suitable routine for the babies from the start, as well as guide them through all developmental stages.

As the ideal candidate you will be:

  • Discreet and highly professional
  • Have Newborn Care Specialist/Baby Nurse training and additional certificates (the more the merrier)
  • Able to navigate the changing schedules of the family and Principals
  • Detail-oriented and flexible, organised and upbeat at all times
  • Able to anticipate needs and quick to read people
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to think ahead
  • Happy to work closely with the Mum and other team members
  • A confident driver is a bonus
  • Liaise with other team members in regards to schedules and organisation

The family travels from May to the end of August each year so you will ideally be someone who is seasoned and well-travelled to accompany them on their trips. From September to April each year the family primarily spend their time in the US with shorter trips domestically and abroad.

This is a full-time, rota position and on top of your base salary, a complete package (including medical, holidays and sick pay) will be provided.

You will be available to interview immediately, with selected candidates to trial with the family in the US.

If this sounds like the right role for you, then please do get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!

Please note that candidates with relevant experience and excellent, checkable references need only apply.
