JUNIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR PRIVATE FAMILY OFFICE TO THE CEO & PHILANTHROPIST

 

  • £35,000 - £40,000 gross p.a. depending on experience
  • Hybrid Working | North London
  • Flexibility for occasional ad hoc travel (if required)
  • To start ASAP

 

The Chace People team is seeking a bright and highly organised full-time Family Office Junior PA to a VIP Philanthropist and wider family. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience dealing with a range of requests, from dealing with travel management, personal shopping, to maintaining the family office and households, to helping support the family’s growing portfolio.

 

As the ideal candidate, you will be completely self-sufficient and self-motivated with a drive to progress within your career. You will be working as part of a wider, support team of EAs, all working to support the Principals, their immediate team and wider family. The Principals are incredibly humble and spiritual people with purpose and are looking for like minded people to join their team.

 

Both Principals have their own charitable and special projects, with many moving parts, so we are looking for someone who will be completely switched-on and the lynchpin to the Principals and their organisation, creating a seamless workflow.

 

As PA your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Arranging personal appointments
  • Sourcing/ordering personal items
  • Supporting the principal’s children, which will include appointment bookings, travel arrangements, school related tasks and so on
  • Printing & organising documents
  • Holiday travel research
  • Personal errands and ad hoc projects
  • PA support to designated family members, which will include travel bookings and logistics, as well as ad hoc PA duties

 

As Household/Property Assistant your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Manage fridge/groceries
  • Arranging pet-care when Principals are travelling
  • Handling deliveries and returns
  • Organising storage
  • Servicing cars (MOTs, AA)
  • Coordinating with domestic staff
  • Responsible for petty cash
  • Maintaining the family office, keeping it well stocked and organised with supplies
  • Basic tech issues/support
  • Purchasing/assisting with family gifts

 

As Property Portfolio Assistant your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Filing & record-keeping for staff/HR at designated properties
  • Handling maintenance and repairs for designated properties
  • Serving as the primary liaison to a family residence in the Caribbean and producing daily status reports by coordinating with local staff and residents
  • Tracking and ensuring payment of bills, such as utilities, council tax and other similar property charges
     

Essential Criteria:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Prior experience as a Household/Property Assistant
  • Highly organised, efficient and driven to excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A high-level EQ
  • Hardworking, ambitious and eager
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Able to prioritise effectively and manage conflicting priorities
