TRAVELLING HOSPITALITY OFFICER FOR LUXURY LIFESTYLE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIRM

 

  • Location: London, UK with International Travel
  • Salary: £60,000 gross p.a.

Job Overview:

As a Client Services Provider (CSP), you will be part of a small, talented team of four, working closely with a Management team to deliver bespoke 5-star service within beautiful residences located in London and abroad.. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all client requests, both expressed and unexpressed, are met with the highest level of detail and care. This position offers a unique blend of regular duties and seasonal travel, providing a dynamic and fulfilling work environment.

We are looking for discreet professionals who understand intuitive service, who are passionate about delivery, and proactively strive to exceed their clients' expectations. This anticipatory and intuitive provision of service is at the heart of the CSP role.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all food services, including Arabic tea and coffee service
  • Attend to butler calls and provide guest and drinks services
  • Oversee master bedroom housekeeping and wardrobe organisation
  • Manage fresh fruits, refreshments, and client fridge care
  • Polish silver, care for table linens and service ware
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including floristry
  • Run errands and manage shopping requests

 

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Royal Households, Yachting, or Private Aviation industries
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
  • Resilient, with a positive "can-do" approach
  • Service-oriented with warmth and empathy
  • Optimistic explanatory style and proactive attitude

 

 

Additional Information:

During peak seasons (December, June, July, August), expect extensive travel and a busy schedule with one day off per week. Accommodation, food, and travel expenses are provided. For the rest of the year, the rotation includes 2 weeks on standby and 2 weeks off. Standby duties require availability at all times. Specific hours and schedules will be discussed upon successful application.
