Temporary Nanny Job

TEMPORARY LIVE-IN NANNY/GOVERNESS FOR VIP FAMILY IN GSTAAD, SWITZERLAND

Chace People team is looking for a superb Nanny to join our lovely ultra-high-net-worth client, in their second residence in Gstaad for this temporary position. 

You would be responsible for two children between the ages of 3 to 7 years old and you will work on a rotational schedule to cover 7 days a week. Flexibility is required and the schedules will be communicated with Nanny in advance as possible. 

This is an amazing opportunity for experienced and active Nanny candidates who will join a brand-new household team in this beautiful luxury property. 

As the ideal candidate you will be:

• Highly professional and emotionally intelligent
• Able to anticipate needs and quick to read people
• Sporty (swimming and skiing are a must) 
• Can-do attitude with the ability to think ahead
• Detail-oriented and flexible
• Happy to work in a team with Mum and other team members
• Organised and upbeat
• At least 5 years of solid experience in a previous high-profile household is a must and an educational background is a bonus

Duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Dropping off and picking up children from school 
• Taking the children to extracurricular activities and classes
• Planning and executing educational and fun activities for both children
• Organising children’s playroom and toys and purchasing appropriate materials for projects
• Helping children with homework and reading
• Liaise with other team members about schedules, meal times, menus and organisation

The family travels throughout the year and will be returning to the Europe for the summer, so this temporary placement can serve as a trial for further employment with successful candidates.

This is a temporary position and a complete package will be discussed at the interview. We are interviewing now for end of November start! All applicants would ideally have a Swiss work permit for this position, however, EU and UK passports are welcome.
