SPANISH-SPEAKING LIVE-OUT ROTA NANNY FOR VIP FAMILY IN FLORIDA, USA

We are looking for a highly switched-on native Spanish-speaking Nanny for our lovely ultra-high-net-worth client, based in Florida, USA.

You would be responsible for two children between the ages of 3 to 7 years old and you will work on a rotational schedule to cover 7 days a week. The rota will be a 5-day working schedule with each Nanny having two days off in the week. US visa holders are needed and Candidates from across the US will be considered, with the 3 months accommodation provided at the beginning of the role by the family. They will assist with locating the perfect accommodation for successful candidate after initial 3 months and this will be Live out position. 

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced and active Nanny candidate who will join a close-knit and supportive growing household team.

As the ideal candidate you will be:

  • Discrete
  • Highly professional
  • Able to anticipate needs and quick to read people
  • Sporty (swimming and skiing is a must)
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to think ahead
  • Detail-oriented and flexible
  • Happy to work in a team with Mum and other team members
  • Organised and upbeat
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in a previous high-profile household is a must and an educational background is a bonus
  • A confident driver with their own car to drive to and from the property


Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Dropping off and picking up children from school (you will be provided with a car and be put on the insurance)
  • Taking the children to extracurricular activities and classes
  • Planning and executing educational and fun activities for both children
  • Travelling with the family, packing for the children and organising activities pre- and during travel
  • Organising children’s playroom and toys and purchasing appropriate materials for projects
  • Helping children with homework and reading
  • Sourcing presents for children’s birthday parties and organising logistics/driving the children
  • Liaise with other team members in regard to schedules, meal times, menus and organisation


The family travels from May to the end of August each year and so you will alternate with your counterpart Nanny already in place, to accompany them at this time, as well as having the opportunity to take your own annual leave. From September to April each year the family primarily spend their time in US with shorter trips skiing or sailing.


This is a full-time permanent position and a complete package (including medical, holidays and sick pay) will be provided.
