Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the retreat's growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing travel and corporate partnerships that align with the brand’s luxury ethos and mission. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-energy environment where your strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and passion for luxury hospitality will directly contribute to the expansion of the retreat’s profile.

You will work closely with the marketing and events teams to create tailored partnership opportunities, engage potential leisure and corporate clients, and establish long-term relationships that enhance both revenue and brand prestige.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and target potential leisure and corporate clients and partners that align with the retreat’s luxury brand, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business and create strategic partnerships that enhance the retreat's visibility and revenue streams.
  • Negotiate and close corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and bespoke packages that align with the retreat’s offerings and high-end clientele.
  • Maintain a proactive sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the corporate sector.

Corporate Partnerships & Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with corporate partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from their association with the retreat.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement bespoke marketing initiatives, events, and experiences that appeal to corporate clients and drive brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate corporate packages, events, and bespoke offerings to meet client needs, ensuring an exceptional and tailored experience.
  • Regularly evaluate partnership performance, providing insights and reports to senior management to ensure maximum value for both the client and the retreat.

Collaboration with Marketing & Events:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the events team to align sales strategies with overall marketing campaigns and event calendars.
  • Support the creation of high-end marketing collateral and presentations tailored to corporate clients, ensuring alignment with the luxury image of the retreat.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, from incentive programs to retreats and brand collaborations, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Assist in refining the retreat’s leisure and corporate partnership strategy, contributing to the development of new revenue streams and long-term business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and client demands, ensuring that the retreat offers innovative, high-quality experiences for corporate partners.

Sales Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and insights to the marketing leadership team.
  • Analyse partnership results and return on investment (ROI), identifying opportunities for improvement and reporting findings to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, partnerships, or business development within a luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end lifestyle brand.
  • Strong network of corporate clients or partnerships within the luxury sector, with the ability to leverage relationships to open new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close high-value sales, with a consultative approach to building lasting partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade senior decision-makers in the corporate sector.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on delivering value to both the retreat and corporate clients.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and operations teams.
  • A passion for luxury hospitality, wellness, and an understanding of the premium experience our clients expect.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

At Chace People, we’re looking for results-driven professionals who are passionate about building meaningful relationships and enhancing the reputation of a standout luxury retreat. If you are motivated by the prospect of working in an exclusive environment where your sales expertise will make a direct impact, we want to hear from you.
