PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO LONDON BASED COUPLE AND THEIR FAMILY OFFICE

 

  • Up to £45,000 ‘DOE’
  • London, UK | Hybrid
  • Permanent Contract (part time candidates considered)
  • Immediate start date

 

Chace People is working on behalf of our fantastic client to hire an independent and engaging Personal Assistant, looking to support a mature Family Office and its Principal’s with all aspects of their day to day lives, replacing a long-standing PA of more than 30 years.

 

Working on a predominantly 1:1 basis and supporting both Principals in their private life and households, this role will require you to be self-motivated, highly organised and willing to undertake all tasks required to ensure that their lives run smoothly. As the Principals have many different interests, the role will be completely multi-faceted and will also include some support in the administrative running a private practice. You will be working closely with the immediate family and as such we are looking to find the absolute right personality fit as well as professional skill set. The role would perfectly suit someone with previous private sector experience who is able to understand the nuances of working in an intimate environment with their Principals and who can handle all manner of tasks and offer proactive lifestyle management. The successful candidate will need to be flexible in supporting the family and their busy diaries and schedules.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Family Office

  • Diary management
  • Travel management
  • Maintenance of artwork inventory
  • Employment contracts
  • Car fleet management i.e. renewal of residents’ permits, residents’ congestion

charge discounts, MOTs and vehicle tax renewals for more than 10 vehicles. Renewal of vehicle tracking where necessary

  • Supporting the Principal with household staff management in properties both in the UK and abroad
  • Supporting with the management of a portfolio of 5 properties
  • Ad hoc errands

 

Office Manager

  • Liaising with IT external company to keep IT issues up to date
  • Maintaining mobile telephone and data card contracts
  • General office maintenance

 

Practice Manager

  • Monthly patient invoicing
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Dealing with initial enquiries from potential patients

 

This is an opportunity for a dedicated, self-sufficient PA to step into the fascinating life of an interesting Family Office. You will be the right-hand person for both Principals’ and will develop a trusted professional and working relationship with them and their family.

 

Based from their central London office, the Principal’s practice and your own home, in a hybrid situation, you will be flexible to suit the needs of the day and will be well looked after in return.
