OFFICE ASSISTANT / CONCIERGE FOR SINGLE FAMILY OFFICE IN CENTRAL LONDON

 

  • Location: Central London
  • Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 gross per annum
  • Benefits: Flexi day from home post probationary period, enhanced annual leave, potential for healthcare benefits, Christmas bonus and bonus potential throughout the year
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am- 5:30pm (40 hours per week with on-call responsibilities during weekends)


Our client, a Single Family
Office, is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Office Assistant / Concierge to join their fast-paced team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives under pressure, manages multiple responsibilities concurrently, and remains unflappable in the face of challenges.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with property management tasks alongside the Office Manager and Head of Private Office.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining and creating files, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage complex diaries, including scheduling contractors and service providers.
  • Oversee daily operations including purchasing, diary management, concierge duties, car bookings, travel arrangements, and coordination of housekeepers for private residences.
  • Handle personal tasks such as posting and packaging.
  • Basic financial management such as handling bills.

 

Requirements:

  • A bright, eager, and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently.
  • Good punctuality and a commitment to maintaining high work standards.
  • Resilience and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn more as required.
  • Understanding or interest in property management is preferred, though not essential as training will be provided.

You must be prepared to support a large, active family, managing data meticulously and ensuring everything runs smoothly and discreetly.
