The Chace Crew team is looking for a superstar lead deckhand/bosun to join our VIP client’s fleet of yachts that travel between the SW Pacific and South America. This is an opportunity of a lifetime to join a solid fleet with an excellent all-round package, plus more on offer. This is a fantastic role for knowledgeable seafarers who are adept with all water sports and who are looking to step into a great leadership position and gain longevity.

Requirements:

• Natural and sound seafarer knowledge from many years on and around boats 
• Well-rounded experience with all water sports
• Excellent kitesurfing experience is a must
• Experience as a lead deckhand/bosun 
• Friendly and energetic nature

Details:

The fleet is known for its adventurous nature and as a crew member, you will be moving between the different yachts on a rotational basis. Due to the nature of the fleet and the incredible management, you will be flexible, adaptable, hardworking, with a very happy, can-do attitude and you will lead the deck team together as a team and by example. This fleet is one-of-a-kind and it is all about commitment and being an amazing team player.
