LEAD BUSINESS ASSISTANT TO DYNAMIC FLORIDA-BASED FAMILY

Chace People is looking for a superstar Business Assistant to join our lovely client in West Palm Beach, Florida. Working alongside a tight-knit internal team and directly with the principal, you will be an integral and trusted part of their inner team.

 

Due to the high-profile nature of the principal, it’s imperative that the successful candidate can represent them to the highest level and be an incredible ambassador for their personal and professional brand. This will be fast-paced, busy environment and we are looking for someone who can roll with the punches and keep up with their inspiring principals and their global lifestyle and business demands!

 

This will be a role where you are supporting the principal in high profile business meetings and projects and it’s imperative that the successful candidate not only have experience of working with successful and inspiring CEO’s and decisions makers,  but also has proven experience communicating on their principal’s behalf, always acting with their best interests at heart.

 

Our clients would love to find someone with a team mentality, who is able to think 10 steps ahead and act as a trusted sounding board and advisor to the principal. Coming from a business background you will have great commercial acumen, whilst maintaining a down to earth, warm and collaborative persona. You will be someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves to support their colleagues and get the job done, whatever is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Acting as the point of contact for telephone calls, emails and other business correspondence for the principal
  • Accurate and concise management of all relevant documentation
  • Budget management
  • Accompanying the principals to all meetings (domestic and international travel as needed)
  • Ensuring the principal is fully prepared for all meetings, including preparing any relevant research or documentation
  • Scheduling and managing business meetings
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Researching new and existing business ventures and projects
  • Acting as a gatekeeper to the principal in business matters
  • Maintaining business relationships on behalf of the principal
  • Working with the wider internal team to maintain and update diaries and travel logistics
