About the role
As a Client Development Manager, the entire client experience starts with YOU. You will work with the delivery team to identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all opportunities across major key/house accounts. You will work with the MDs to implement office procedures to promote and build a trusted business name and to hire and train a team of junior recruiters and resourcers.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a TOP PERFORMING recruiter, salesperson or business developer/client relations professional with at least 5 years’ experience who will join our team.

Your Responsibilities outlined
To contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying and creating commercial ‘recruitment solutions’ for major business wins
To identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all opportunities across major key/house accounts
To achieve specific new business targets and growth goals
Identifying, assessing, and engaging with skilled candidates through proactive recruiting techniques
Client account management and client retention
Meeting both personal and office agreed KPIs/Deliverables
Overseeing candidate vetting and background checks
CV advice and formatting
Interview planning and advice
CRM and ATS management
Working with the Managing Directors to strategise on advertising opportunities
Briefing the Recruitment Team on individual mandates and on areas for growth within our specialist divisions
Mentorship/training to junior consultants
