Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing luxury homes or similar roles, with a focus on providing "Ghost Service" — minimal direct interaction, ensuring seamless behind-the-scenes operations.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of managing both up and down the organisational hierarchy, with a particular emphasis on nurturing a harmonious team environment.
- Exceptional soft skills: A gifted communicator and listener, with a calm demeanour, especially important as sensitivity and discretion are paramount.
- Flexible and adaptable, with no room for rigidity. Your approach should be innovative, ready to tailor the role to fit the right candidate, ensuring the estate’s smooth operation.
- Background in training or relevant educational achievements is highly desirable, enhancing the private team’s skills and service level.
