This role not only demands expertise in high-end hospitality but also offers the thrill of exploring breath-taking locations across Europe and the Red Sea for six months each.

Your Role:

• Act as a dynamic liaison between the yacht owner's executives and guests, ensuring seamless operations and premium guest experiences.
• Play a crucial role in preparing and hosting high-profile guests, from beach setups to exclusive island rendezvous.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Stewardess, leading a dedicated multinational crew in a high-energy environment.
• Enjoy the privilege of a private single cabin as part of a permanent tenure, complemented by two months of paid vacation.

Your Expertise:

• Proven experience in upscale hospitality, or high-profile yachting is vital.
• Adept in enhancing service quality and guest satisfaction, with a keen focus on Food & Beverage and top-tier service standards.
• A leadership style that combines flexibility, meticulousness, innovation, and client-centricity.
• An innate understanding that exceptional service involves crafting bespoke experiences and emotional connections.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
