Our client is an award-winning wellness brand that combines science and nature, as well as best practices from Ayurvedic and Asian medicine, to deliver tailored nutrition products, as gentle as they are effective, to optimise people’s health and fitness. Role:

You’ll work closely with the CEO to shape the future of the brand and manage a team of six people who operate across marketing functions including PPC, paid and organic social, SEM, SEO, PR, email, affiliate and influencer marketing. You’ll be responsible for setting commercial objectives and marketing strategy across channels, campaign ideation to execution, overseeing marketing plans, setting budgets, objectives and targets, rallying the team to deliver, and performance reporting. This is an opportunity to take on senior responsibility as part of an established wellness start-up that is on an exciting growth curve and is looking to scale.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all global marketing activity within the business and leading the team.
  • Strategy, planning and execution of omni-channel 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and monitor marketing budgets across channels, and report on success using data and analytics.
  • Content strategy for all offline and online channels including social media and email marketing.
  • Act as brand guardian to ensure consistency across all touch-points.
  • Set measurable goals, lead the team to execute and report upon the performance.
  • Management of all external marketing agencies and freelancers.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of how to grow a brand in the D2C space and best practices across marketing channels.
  • Experience executing eye-catching marketing campaigns that cut through the noise.
  • Experience with setting measurable marketing goals and leading a team to achieve them.
  • An eye for good design, branding, copywriting, social media content and marketing.
  • Data obsessed, you should be comfortable using numbers to measure success and inform strategy.
  • Project management and organisation skills with the ability to get the best out of colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Growth brand mindset, always seeking to maximise opportunities.
  • Proactive and ambitious with a desire to get stuff done and knock through brick walls if needed.
  • A team player.
