RESIDENTIAL ESTATE MANAGER FOR VVIP MIDDLE EASTERN FAMILY - TAX FREE SALARY!

• £70,000-£100,000+ net p.a. (depending on experience) Tax Free Salary - with full package, negotiable for the right candidate

Chace People is looking for an outstanding candidate to oversee the management of our VVIP client's multi property estate in the Middle East. This is a fully involved, senior managerial role ideal for anyone with previous experience in luxury hotels or working for an ultra-high net worth family and formal household. The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience on a large scale, as well as a background reflecting the highest level of service standards. You will be responsible for the operations and staff management across multiple locations and will have experience in a senior managerial role for a hotel or within private estate management.

You will be joining and overseeing a large team of staff across multiple departments from; security and operations, to F&B, front of house service, maintenance, gardens, to housekeeping, childcare and the principals’ private service team. There are four sites within the region which make up the domestic estate for this senior member of the VVIP family and you will be spearheading a wider team with 10 direct reports.

Further details on the responsibilities and your remit will be disclosed and discussed upon successful application and at interview stage. Attention to detail and a six-star hospitality approach to service is required. You will have the gravitas and confidence to take initiative and to forward plan, being someone who can see the bigger picture, and who can delegate effectively, all whilst motivating your team ensuring a seamless and excellent level of operations, procedures and service are carried out at all times. You will be culturally aware, respectful and entirely flexible for working schedules and travel should this be required (both domestically and internationally).
