Chace People is looking for an exceptional Nanny to join our lovely VIP client in The Middle East, looking after their four children, aged 4-12. Working alongside another Nanny, the ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, interacting with them and creating a safe and nurturing environment for them. The preferred candidate will have no previous experience in The Middle East. 

Duties and responsibilities will include: 

• Keeping the children’s bedrooms, closets and play areas clean and tidy
• Basic laundry
• Taking the children to their scheduled appointments including school and extracurricular activities
• Efficiently preparing the children’s schedules to coordinate their activities
• Dressing the children appropriately according to their activities
• Planning and supervising rest, nap and bedtimes
• Working with the chefs and waitresses on children's snack and meal times
• Preparing snacks and lunch boxes
• Working with other Nanny and other team members

• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Performs all duties with a sense of priority and dedication
• Flexible and adaptable to leave on short-notice trips
• Firm but fair nature with the children
• A team player who will care for the children and become a seamless part of the family
• Flexible with shifts

There will be international travel with the family that often happens at a moment’s notice so it is important to remain flexible and adaptable. As there are two Nannies, teamwork and communication are key, ensuring smooth scheduling and a nurturing environment for the children. The previous Nanny was with the family for eight years so ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to fit in with them.
