Chace People is searching for an experienced Concierge/Butler for our VVIP client. You will be accompanying the Principal on her travels and organising all of her personal needs as well as the family’s, so you will be someone who is super organised, flexible and who can hit the ground running. This role is open to international candidates with a full relocation package. This role is open to female candidates for cultural reasons. 

 

As the ideal candidate you will be:



  • Highly experienced in packing and unpacking for travelling
  • Always prepared for travel at a moment’s notice
  • Planning travel preparations and packing personal belongings
  • Experienced in wardrobe management
  • Knowledgeable of fine linens, silks, lace and other fine fabrics and textiles
  • Knowledgeable of luxury amenities, toiletries and products 
  • Experienced in all forms of service to constantly maintain thoughtful, caring and sincere service
  • Knowledgeable in food and beverage service
  • In excellent communication with chefs and waitresses for specific food requirements for the family
  • Identifying and anticipating family needs and ensuring that personalized service is provided
  • Ensuring that all requests from the family/guests are delivered and then followed up
  • Able to perform all duties with professionalism, discretion and a pleasant demeanour
  • Resourceful at all times; on the ground and when travelling 
  • Knowledgeable of etiquette, international cultures and formalities
