TEMP-TO-PERM PRIVATE PA FOR VIIP FAMILY IN CENTRAL LONDON

The Chace People team is looking for a temp-to-perm Private PA/Lifestyle Manager for a VVIP international family in Central London to start immediately. Your contract will be fixed-term until the end of September 2022, with a view to turn permanent if the fit is right for both parties.

Working alongside a permanent PA, you will work as a close-knit team supporting the young family, their guests and on occasion wider family members with all lifestyle and concierge style duties whilst in London for the summer season. These duties will include; personal shopping, making all restaurant, hotel, spa and beauty, fashion and medical appointments, personal errands, liaising with suppliers and partnered brands/service providers and generally being on hand for any personal assistance as required.

You will be mainly based between Central London, a country family residence just outside of the city and working on-the-go/remotely as required – this is a hybrid support role, whereby you must be energetic and able to work on the move.

We are looking specifically for candidates who can start straight away and who will be available for the duration of the summer. Please note that in line with covid-19 policy, vaccinated candidates will only be considered and there will be daily testing when on site.
