TEAM ASSISTANT FOR A CHARITABLE ORGANISATION FOUNDED BY VVIP – NEW ROLE!

 

  • £30,000 - £35,000 gross p.a. depending on experience
  • To start ASAP
  • Hybrid working (technology and tools to wfh) | New office location in Hampstead expected in November 2022
  • Full-time | Permanent

The Chace People team is seeking a bright and highly organised full-time Team Assistant for a Spiritualist and Humanitarian Educational Charity. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience dealing with a range of requests, from dealing with day-to-day office management and assisting with grant evaluations, to planning events for the charity. This is a new role so an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to really make the position their own!

 

As the ideal candidate, you will be highly organised and will have meticulous attention to detail. You will be able to prioritise your tasks, while having top communications skills at all times to be able to support multiple team members at any one time. You will have exceptional time management abilities to ensure your workload and tasks are completed within the expected time frame. As the Team Assistant, you will be focused on supporting the operations, media & comms and publishing teams, directly reporting to the COO.

 

The founders and senior support staff are incredibly humble and spiritual people, with purpose and so we are looking for like-minded people to join their team.

 

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

 

  • Filing system organisation & record-keeping
  • Note-taking / proofreading / drafting documents
  • Assisting with grant evaluation & monitoring
  • Event planning
  • Scheduling & EA support to senior team members
  • Managing email accounts
  • Conducting research
  • Responsible for office supplies, tech equipment & maintenance of new office
  • Supporting the Finance Officer & COO with financial & HR admin as required (record-keeping, benefits research)
  • Ad hoc tasks & projects

 

Essential Criteria:

 

  • Prior experience as a Team Assistant
  • Highly organised, efficient and driven to excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A high-level EQ
  • Hardworking, ambitious and eager
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Able to prioritise effectively and manage conflicting priorities
