NEW ROLE FOR A PRIVATE ASSISTANT/CHAUFFEUR TO HIGH- NET WORTH FAMILY IN SOUTH LONDON

 

  • Up to £60,000 gross p.a. (DOE)
  • South London
  • Permanent Contract | Hybrid Working, On-Site and Remote
  • Immediate Start
  • Turkish speakers preferred

 

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and versatile Private Assistant with Chauffeur duties to join a young, professional high-net worth family based in South West London. This role combines the responsibilities of a Private Assistant and a Chauffeur, providing comprehensive support to the Principal's personal endeavours.

 

Private Assistant Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing comprehensive support to the Principal and his immediate family, focusing on personal endeavours.
  • Management of household administration and personal accounts.
  • Organising and running errands, including personal appointments.
  • Utilising tech skills and planning activities for the Principal and immediate family.
  • Managing projects and administration for international properties; willingness to travel is essential.
  • Occasional travel to the Principal’s City office for administration assistance (approx. once a week, or as required).

 

Chauffeur Duties:

 

  • Availability for driving as requested.
  • Driving family members to various destinations, including school, meetings, social events, airport transfers, and more.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, replenishment, refuelling, and serviceability of vehicles.
  • Reporting and organising servicing for any vehicle faults.
  • Opening doors and escorting the Principals in and out of the vehicle.
  • Driving for wider family, friends, and guests when required.

 

Desired Attributes:

 

  • A flexible, solution-focused approach to tasks.
  • Ability to take initiative and put a personal stamp on the role.

 

  • Confidence in your driving abilities and ideally with professional driving experience.
  • A clean UK driving licence.
  • Candidates based in South London are preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and research-oriented.
  • Excellent command of English; Turkish language skills are a bonus.
  • High standards of loyalty and discretion.
