PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO ULTRA HIGH NET WORTH INTERNATIONAL FAMILY IN LONDON

Chace People is working on behalf of a young, professional UHNW family, looking to hire an experienced and committed Personal Assistant for their London property and life here in the UK. You will be joining an existing, close-knit and supportive household team who are distributed throughout Europe and America, in what will be a dedicated London based role.

 

You will be supporting the Principal with lifestyle management along with supporting their wider family and their London home. Working closely with an established private service team, the successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can work independently and comes with a good network of established work contacts and suppliers London. You will ideally have experience working on a 1:1 basis with a busy UHNWI and will be comfortable being involved in both family and business life.

 

Importantly, you will be a confident communicator with people from all backgrounds, well-mannered, respectful and a committed team player.

 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing the social and business calendar for the Principal
  • Organising the children’s school calendars and appointments
  • Booking and organising doctor’s appointments and medical records
  • Organising, planning and executing detailed travel arrangements for the entire family and staff
  • Household inventories and provisioning (such as for an art collection)
  • Wardrobe management and personal shopping
  • Concierge style duties; bookings, itineraries and researching
  • Family gatekeeping and correspondence
  • Point of contact for London based staff and external contractors and stakeholders
